DUTIES
Provides line clearing and tree trimming services for major electric utility providersServices provided include pruning treetops, repairing damaged trees by trimming or removal as well as removing broken limbs from wires, roofs, and other objectsProperly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial liftsOperates as part of a crew with supporting Groundman and Crew Foreman
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Driver's license required. Commercial driver's license preferred and may be required, depending on job requirementsCompletion of Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hire Certificates and Licenses if necessary Pesticide license, if required by state law Line clearance certification if working near utility transmission lines Electric utility tree trimming/climbing experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
