is looking for an additional housing consultant at our factory-owned, manufactured home sales center in Chiefland, FL.

Our factory is located in Ocala, FL (Nobility Homes) and we have 10 model centers throughout the state.
Training is provided and systems are in place for you to reach your maximum potential.
Requirements Valid driver's license High School Diploma GED (General Equivalency Diploma) Ability to work full time, including weekends and some holidays (40 hours or more) Outgoing, positive personality with the capacity to communicate effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Must have personal initiative to complete work in a timely manner Experience in customer service or sales Duties include walking, climbing stairs, sitting, answering phones, and general computer operating skills.
Other duties may be required as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
